Your Epson POS printer and the device running MesaAlert (tablet or PC) must be on the same WiFi or Ethernet network.

Print a self-test page to find the IP
Hold the FEED button while powering on your Epson. A test ticket prints with the network configuration.

Enter the IP address in Settings
Go to Settings → POS Printer in the dashboard. Enter the IP from the self-test ticket and run a test.

Run a test before saving.
Print a QR code and place it on the table
Go to Tables → select any table → Print QR. Place the printed QR on the table.

About QR codes: Each table has a permanent QR code. When a table is closed, customers who scan it will see a "Table not available" message — the QR code itself never expires.
Place the QR on the table and you are done!
